Ghana top-flight side Inter Allies have confirmed that striker Fatawu Safiu has joined American MLS side Portland Timbers on loan.
The Portland Timbers will have the option of buying the Ghana youth international until October.
Safiu was Inter Allies top scorer for last season with seven goals in all competitions as he joined the club for the season half of the season.

He is currently playing with the second team of Timbers and must do more to justify his selection for Major League Soccer.
Safiu scored for T2 last Sunday when they beat University of Portland 4-1.
He becomes the third Ghanaian player to sign for Timbers this year after they grabbed goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey and winger Ishmael Yartey.
