Flamengo have confirmed the transfer of Brazilian centre-back David Luiz. The former Arsenal defender has accepted terms of contract with the club and is set to move there to continue his career.

He became a free agent after Arsenal released him at the end of last season.
Paperworks are yet to be signed but all verbal agreements have been confirmed.
