Remo Stars Ladies Coach, Wemimo Matthew, has expressed delight over her team's almost impeccable performance this season in the Nigeria Women Football League, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The Sky Blue Queens recorded their sixth win of the season in seven matches, maintaining their unbeaten run after thrashing Nasarawa Queens 4-0 at the Remo Stars Stadium.

Bolaji Olamide and Kafayat Bashiru's hattrick combined to give the hosts another emphatic win as their round off the first part of the season on a high as group A leaders.

Wemimo, after the game on Wednesday, stated that she is happy for the win because it increases their chance of qualifying for the super six.

"Winning this game means a lot to me because it is giving us hope, the hope of qualifying for super six is increasing match after match and I'm so excited to win, not only to win but to win well. It was a good one for girls, and I appreciate them for that," she said.
