NWFL MD7 Review: Royal Queens hold Rivers Angels as Robo Queens go third with away win in Adamawa

An impressive performance on Matchday 7 saw Nasarawa Amazons and Robo Queens record the two away wins of the day while defending champions, Bayelsa Queens and ex champions, Rivers Angles played a one all draw in their respective matches, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Group A leaders, Delta Queens were held to a one all draw by defending champions, Bayelsa Queens at the Asaba Township Stadium.

Mercy Omokwo had put the home team in the lead in the 18th minute before Etim Edidiong restored parity for the visitors in the 66th minute.

In group B, Abia Angels lost at home to Nasarawa Amazons by two goals to one while a goal in each half from Esther Onyenezide ensured the Lagos Landladies complete the double over host, Adamawa Queens this season
