Senegal are confident they will shock defending Champions Super Falcons in the second leg of the 2016 Africa Women’s Cup of Nations according to the Teranga Lionesses Technical Director, Maya Cine.
The 11th placed ranked team on the continent had no qualms taking the first leg to the soft and faltering Falcons in Dakar but Cine maintains that Nigeria; the highest ranked African team in Women football, deserve respect.
On Tuesday, 12, April the sides will conclude the race for a ticket to the 10th edition of the AWC to be hosted by Cameroon but it won’t be all kisses and hugs as the gaffer promises his Lionesses will roar and are capable of biting.
