The revocation of Aper Aku Stadium in Makurdi, Benue State has started, Nigeriasoccernet.comreports.
According to Daily Post, the contract signing agreement between the Benue State Government and the contractor handling the project, Michelle Sports Constructions Limited
took place last week.
This will definitely gladden the heart of Lobi Stars who ply their home trade at the Stadium.
The dilapidated artificial turf on the pitch and other particles, have been removed for a new modern and advanced synthetic turf to be laid.
Lobi Stars who currently play at the New Jos stadium are expected to return to Makurdi before the end of the current campaign.
