Nigerian football star Victor Osimhen has gifted Remo Stars N10 million for winning the 2024/25 Nigeria Premier Football League title, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Osimhen awarded N5 million to the players and N5 million to the technical crew, congratulating them on their historic achievement.
Remo Stars made history by becoming the first privately-owned club to win the league since 2000, following their 1-0 win over Niger Tornadoes.
The success came the same day the club owner and business mogul, Kunle Soname, celebrated his birthday.
