Nwanji Kingsley fired the opener for Divine Praise from close range after seven minutes played in the encounter, before he doubled the lead seven minutes later.
Nwanji Kingsley scored his second of the game from a free Kick, beating the Goalkeeper to the near post to make it 2-0.
Korede Habeeb got one back for North York City, with a free kick which evaded the wall and rested at the back of the net with two minutes left to the end of the game, but the goal only became a consolation at the end of the game.
The win takes Divine Praise to their own on the Legacy B centre log.
