Two-time African champions Enyimba have been drawn with Ugandan champions, Vipers Sports Club in the 2016 Caf Champions League.
The two clubs face off in the preliminary round of the African Champions League with the Ugandans playing at home first.
The first leg in Uganda takes place on the weekend of February 11 and 13 while the return game in Nigeria holds a fortnight later.
Warri Wolves also start their maiden appearance in the Champions League from the preliminary round and will face SC da Praia Cruz of Sao Tome and Principe.
In the Caf Confederation Cup, Nasarawa United have Senegalese club, Generation Foot, to battle against in the preliminary round.
Nigeria's Federation Cup holders, Akwa United, are faced Congolese opposition in Vita Club Mokanda. It is the first time that the Uyo club will play in any Caf club competition.
