The President, Alhaji Ibrahim Gusau of the Nigeria Football Federation visited MTN office in Lagos on Monday, Nigeriasoccernet.com gathered.
The visit is part of efforts of the president to further strengthen ties with the Sponsors of the NFF.
The newly elected NFF president was in the company of former NFF Boss, Amaju Marvin Pinnick and other NFF in the visit to the telecommunication outfit.
MTN is one of the biggest sponsors of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) as a deal worth 500m was signed in September of 2021 by the Pinnick led administration.
With the deal, the Telecom giants became partners of the Super Eagles and other national teams.
Gusau had promised current sponsors and potential sponsors of the NFF to be rest assured of transparency and accountability in a gathering some weeks ago.
