Newcastle United midfielder Moussa Sissoko has reiterated his desire to leave the club this summer, stating it's his 'dream' to join either Manchester United or Real Madrid.
The French midfielder has been linked with a host of clubs following Newcastle's relegation last season, and after an impressive Euro 2016 campaign, Champions League holders Madrid have reputedly been chasing his signature. Manchester United and Arsenal are also among the clubs interested, though the Red Devils have now confirmed they're on the verge of signing Paul Pogba.
Pogba's world record capture will presumably put United out of the running, but Sissoko has told L'Equipe that he's proud to be linked with both: "That's flattering. Who would not be flattered by the interest of one of the best clubs in the world, if not the best?''
Sissoko continued.
''It's simple when you are young and you start playing football, your dream is to become a professional and play for a club like Real Madrid or Manchester United.
Today I worked my way up. Everything goes well and if a club like Real comes to me it will be something huge."

Additionally, Sissoko told Foot Mercato recently that clubs have been in contact over his potential transfer and again pointed out how he'd like to move to Madrid: "Some clubs have come in. They have had discussions with the club, with my agent. We will see what happens. I hope it will lead to something good.
"Real Madrid is one of the best clubs in the world. For now, I am still a Newcastle player. I wait and, if it's Real Madrid, so much the better.
"I think the Premier League is the league that is closest to my game - but it is not 100 percent certain that I will stay in the Premier League. We will see. I will weigh the pros and cons, then make my choice."
