Wilfred Ndidi delivered a commanding performance and provided an assist in Leicester City’s 2-0 victory over Ipswich Town in Sunday’s Premier League clash.

The Super Eagles midfielder, making his 28th league appearance of the season, registered his fifth assist and played a key role in midfield dominance for the Foxes. He was subbed off in the 88th minute for Skipp after another solid display.

Veteran striker Jamie Vardy, marking his 500th appearance for Leicester, opened the scoring in the 28th minute, slotting home after a dazzling run from James Justin.

Ipswich responded with intent, notably through George Hirst, who forced a fine save from Jakub Stolarczyk just after the hour mark.

However, Kasey McAteer sealed the win in the 69th minute, curling in his first Premier League goal moments after striking the post.

The win boosts Leicester’s momentum in the final stretch of the campaign, with Ndidi continuing to prove his importance in midfield.
