Nasarawa United defender, Victor Collins has thanked former coach of Nasarawa United, Bala Nikiyu for his works while he coached the team, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Collins who spoke after Nikiyu stepped down as Nasarawa United Head Coach on Sunday following their 1-2 loss to El Kanemi Warriors in Jos, expressed gratitude to Bala Nikyu for all he did for him in his time as the head coach of the club.
"I would like to use this medium to thank coach Bala Nikyu for all the efforts, hard work and desire he contributed to the club.
"I really appreciate all he did for me and I wish him all the best in his managerial career.
He's one of the best coaches I ever had in my career and I will always appreciate all he did for me, " Collins added.
The solid centre back is a returnee to the team after he rejoined Nasarawa United from Iraq super League outfit Amanat Baghdad FC in March till the end of the season.
