Real Madrid head coach Jose Mourinho says 19-year-old winger Jan Diomande still has an area of his game to improve, while comparing the Ivory Coast international to a young Vinicius.
Diomande produced a decisive performance in Real Madrid’s 4-1 La Liga victory over Sevilla, scoring once and providing an assist.
Mourinho made his comments before Real Madrid’s meeting with RB Leipzig on Wednesday. Leipzig are Diomande’s former club.
Real Madrid paid €125m for the emerging star, excluding bonuses.
