Moffi targets February return from long-term injury

Nigeria’s Super Eagles striker, Terem Moffi is nearing a return to action, with reports suggesting he'll be back on the pitch by February, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

The OGC Nice forward suffered an ACL rupture in his left knee during pre-season training in August, requiring surgery and a lengthy rehabilitation process.

Moffi, 25, has been working tirelessly to regain full fitness and is now on track to rejoin his teammates early next year.

Since joining Nice from Lorient in January 2022, Moffi has impressed with 20 goals and five assists in 52 appearances.

His impending return will be a welcome boost for Nice, who will look to Moffi's attacking prowess to revitalize their season.
