Nigeria international, Terem Moffi achieved a milestone as he scored his 50th goal in the French top-flight, despite OGC Nice suffering a 2-1 home loss to Nantes on Sunday, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
Nantes took the lead courtesy of Matthis Abline in the 19th minute, but Moffi leveled the score for the home team with a penalty 18 minutes from time.

However, it was Nantes who secured the victory, with Egypt international Mostafa Mohamed converting another penalty in the 78th minute.
Despite the defeat, Nice maintains their fifth position in the table, amassing 43 points from 27 games.
Meanwhile, this goal marked Moffi’s 10th goal of the season for Les Aiglons and his fourth since returning from the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.
