Milan are considering a move for Atalanta midfielder Nicola Zalewski, with the Italian club potentially willing to pay up to €40m for the Poland international.
Napoli are also interested in the 24-year-old, according to transfer insider Ekrem Konur, who reported the news on social media.
Atalanta are understood to be seeking between €35m and €40m for Zalewski. The midfielder has attracted attention from leading clubs in Italy’s Serie A after establishing himself with the Bergamo-based side.
Zalewski has made three appearances in the current Serie A season and has provided one assist.
He joined Atalanta in August last year and remains under contract until the end of June 2029. Any potential deal would therefore require Milan or Napoli to meet Atalanta’s valuation of the player.
