In a heartfelt interview with Mundo Deportivo, Lionel Messi, now with Inter Miami, reflected on his time at FC Barcelona, expressing a deep sense of nostalgia:
"What I remember most are the milestones we achieved togetherfrom the Guardiola era to the treble under Luis Enrique, the Champions League victory with Ronaldinho in 2006, and the year of six trophies. My hope is that Barcelona can return to what it once was. It would be amazing to see them winning La Liga, the Copa del Rey, and the Champions League again or at least competing until the very end," Messi shared, offering his best wishes for the new Barça under Hansi Flick.

The Argentine legend also singled out two individuals who profoundly influenced his journey:
"Guardiola and Ronaldinho were the two who had the biggest impact on my career. With Pep, we achieved extraordinary things, while Ronaldinho helped me a lot during my early days in the first team. Of course, I also have fond memories of my teammates—Iniesta, Xavi, and the trio now playing with me in America: Sergio Busquets, Jordi Alba, and Luis Suárez," Messi added, highlighting the strong Blaugrana connection that continues to flourish in Major League Soccer.
