Lazio captain Mattia Zaccagni will reach a significant milestone when he makes his 200th appearance for the club against Monza on Sunday, 11 October.
The Italy international is expected to reach the landmark at the Stadio Olimpico, having recently returned to form with one goal and two assists in the three matches before the first major international break.
Zaccagni, Lazio’s number 10, has not produced such an influential run for some time. His current level recalls the beginning of the 2024-25 season, when Marco Baroni was in charge of the Biancocelesti.
The match against Monza will mark Zaccagni’s 200th game in a Lazio shirt featuring the eagle emblem on the chest.
