Heart of Lions played out a 1-1 draw with Berekum Chelsea at the Len Clay Stadium on Sunday.
The Kpando-based side were playing their first match from the banned Kpando Park due to crowd violence.
Striker Sackey profited from a spilled ball from Berekum Chelsea goalkeeper John Moosie and he toe-poked into the net.
Before the goal, Lions had been in control and directing affairs especially from midfield.

The second half, Berekum Chelsea improved the play and tightened the midfield by re-assigning Bennett Ofori to abandon his wing play.
But on few occasions Lions had few scoring opportunities but lacked the cutting the edge to make them count.
Lions lost the ball in midfield after mis-communication between Prince Acquah and Osman Muntaka close to the centre circle.
Substitute Latif Salifu picked it up and raced with it and released Asiwome Fumador, who controlled inside the box before shooting into the net for the equalizer.
His effort was directed by foot of centre back Asiamah Badu.
After that, it was a see-sawing contest with both sides getting chances but no goal was scored.
