Wa All Stars continued impressive run in the Ghana Premier League after thrashing Accra Great Olympics 2-0 at the Wa Park on Sunday afternoon.
Midfielder Stephen Nyarko crashed home a sensational piledriver in the 46th minute before Kweku Baffoe wrapped up the victory for the host within the space of three minutes after Nyarko's goal.
It was a repeat of the midweek performance against Hearts of Oak for Jimmy Cobblah's side as they confirmed their superiority over yet another Accra-based side.
On Wednesday, Hearts of Oak who had pipped Sunday's opponents in their Accra derby were put to the sword by the resurgent looking All Stars and Sunday's performance was nothing short of that as record crowd numbers showed up at the Wa Park to cheer their boys.
