Manchester United's Alexis Sanchez hints at return in time for Tottenham game

Tottenham blanked Man United back in January, as Christian Eriksen's first minute goal set the tone for Spurs. The FC crew answer your tweets on Man United, Sadio Mane's rank among the Prem's top players and Usain Bolt's chances of becoming a professional footballer.

Alexis Sanchez could be ready to give Manchester United fans a much-needed boost by returning from injury in time for the huge clash with Tottenham on Monday.

The Chilean missed the 3-2 defeat to Brighton and, following that reverse, manager Jose Mourinho had insisted his No. 7 would not be absent for longer than two weeks.

But, judging by his most recent Instagram story, he could be back in action even sooner. Sanchez posted videos of himself in his club gear, dripping sweat after a workout, along with the words: "Training to be back soon. Come on United."

And he following it up with another video showing he really is putting in the extra hours, of him following a jog with his dogs by his house, accompanied with the caption: "Gym a home."

Mourinho's men are in desperate need of win in their first match against another "big six" member and Sanchez's return would be very welcome given he scored against Tottenham in United's FA Cup semifinal victory last season.
