Scott McTominay is being linked with a return to Manchester United, with Napoli reportedly prepared to sell the midfielder for around €25m-€30m in the summer of 2027.
The Scotland international’s current contract with the Italian club runs until the middle of 2028. However, negotiations over an extension have stalled, with Napoli’s hierarchy believing the player’s demands are excessive.
According to TEAMtalk, McTominay could make a return to his former club in 2027. A transfer fee of €25m-€30m would be below the €30.5m Manchester United received when they sold the midfielder to Napoli in the summer of 2024.
McTominay, 29, is currently valued at €40m by Transfermarkt.
