Manchester City Told to Pay £50m for Benjamin Mendy With Deal Expected to Be Completed Soon

Monaco have instructed Manchester City to shell out £50m in order to sign defender Benjamin Mendy. According to the Independent, the French club had previously rejected City's latest bid of £44.5m. Monaco wants the Blues to equal the fee that the Premier League side paid Tottenham for Kyle Walker. Walker only recently completed his move to the Etihad on a deal worth £50m. Manchester City have had a 3rd offer worth €52.5m for Benjamin Mendy rejected, but both clubs confident of closing a deal...
