Manchester City became the first club to record 10 Premier League victories at Old Trafford after beating Manchester United despite being reduced to 10 men.

The decisive goal was scored by Norway striker Erling Haaland, securing City’s latest success at the home of their local rivals.

The victory was Manchester City’s 10th at Manchester United’s stadium in the Premier League since the competition began in 1992. No other club has reached double figures for away wins at the ground.

Liverpool have won eight times at Old Trafford, while London clubs Arsenal and Chelsea have each recorded six victories there.

The result leaves Manchester City second in the Premier League table. Manchester United are 13th.
