Michael Olise was sent off as Bayern were held to a 3-3 draw by Viking in the Champions League.
The Bayern winger received his first yellow card for a foul before being dismissed after throwing the ball at an opponent.
German football legend Lothar Matthaus said Zlatko Tripic should not be blamed for provoking Olise.
“Olise let the team down,” Matthaus said.
