Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund among clubs lodging latest Andre Ayew enquiry

Four clubs have already approached Andre Ayew's representatives to lodge their interest in the Marseille midfielder ahead of a potential summer move.

Ayew is out of contract at Marseille at the end of the season and is assessing his options, with a switch away from the Stade Velodrome becoming more likely by the day.

The Ghana international is not short of suitors should he choose to quit France and has a number of big clubs on his tail.

According to French radio station RMC, the 25-year-old's representatives have already fielded approaches from Liverpool, Newcastle United, Everton and Borussia Dortmund.

And Ayew has already admitted a liking for Liverpool who, when first linked with him in 2013, found a player very keen on heading to Anfield.

"I have heard that Liverpool want me", he said.

"If they come for me, I will say ‘yes’. I was a fan of the club in my childhood."

Ayew recently helped Ghana reach the African Cup of Nations final, although they lost on penalties to the Ivory Coast, leaving him distraught.

The forward has made 15 appearances for Marseille in Ligue 1 so far this season, scoring three goals and providing his team-mates with three assists.

In total he has over 50 goals to his name at the Stade Velodrome, in close to 200 appearances.
