17.15 CEST - Borja Valero returns to play. After saying goodbye to football, former Inter Milan, Fiorentina and Villarreal midfielder signed for the amateur team of Centro Storico Lebowski.

Borja Valero was born in Madrid on January 12, 1985. In his career he wore the shirts of Real Madrid, Mallorca, West Bromwich Albion, Villarreal, Fiorentina and Inter.

He has made 268 appearances in Serie A, 137 in La Liga, 30 in the Premier League, 13 in the Champions League and 52 in the Europa League. In the following photos, the signing of the contract in the presence of the president Ilaria Orlando and the vice president Matilde Emiliani.

15.18 CEST - Norwich have confirmed the signing of defender Brandon Williams from Manchester United on a season-long loan.

Williams, aged 20, joins the Canaries on a season-long loan deal and will wear the number 21 shirt.

An England Under-21 international, Williams has spent his entire youth and senior career so far with the Red Devils. He made his professional debut back in September 2019 and has since made 50 appearances for the club, scoring once.

Speaking to canaries.co.uk, Williams said: “It feels very different. It’s the first time I’ve ever played for a different club before but I’m just really excited to get started, meet everybody and get my season going.

15.04 CEST - Deportivo Alaves announced on their website the arrival of Miguel De La Fuente to reinforce the attack.

The '99 class released after his experience at Leganes last season has signed a contract until 2025 with the Basque club.

13.45 CEST - Fannar Baldursson leaves Bologna and goes on loan to Copenhagen. This was announced by the Danish club with a post on Instagram: "We have signed the Icelandic international Fannar Baldursson on loan from Bologna until the end of the season".

10.56 CEST - As kind of overdue, Bayern Munich announced having signed 26-year old German international right-back and defensive midfielder Joshua Kimmich, who started his seventh season in a row playing for the club, on a further long-term. Kimmich has been signed on a deal lasting until June 2025.

 

8.48 CEST - After quite a long negotiation, Benfica announced having signed 25-year old Serbian international winger Nemanja Radonjic, on a season-long loan spell with no option to buy.

Former AS Roma and Hertha Berlin player is still on a parent-club deal with Olympique de Marseille.
