Based on reports from journalist Loïc Tanzi, several Ligue 1 clubs are interested in signing young Monaco defender Christian Matsima on loan.
Among the French clubs that are said to be interested in the 19-year-old are Saint-Étienne, Bordeaux and Strasbourg, although unnamed other sides are reportedly keeping tabs on the young centre-back.
Matsima, who made his debut for Les Monégasques at the start of last season, is a French youth international and made nine league appearances last season. He has a contract running until 2025, and he is currently valued at €6m on transfermarkt.
