The president of Paris SG Nasser Al-Khelafi discussed the future of the Parc des Princes at Lionel Messi's presentation news conference.
In an interview with La Gazzetta dello Sport, its deputy general manager Jean-Claude Blanc spoke on this topic and his vision for the Parisian area.
“The arrival of a great player like Messi (...) must push the club to think about the best way forward, innovating with courage, taking advantage of opportunities, to bounce back or capitalize on a significant investment. The Parc des Princes, we have already extensively renovated it and it is very efficient from a commercial point of view, but we would still like to go from the current 48,000 places to 60,000, highlighting, as at Juventus Stadium, the proximity between the supporters and the players which intimidates the opponents and makes our team almost invincible, ”he said.
