Based on reports from Sky Sports, Norwich City in talks with Real Betis over the signing of Portugal international midfielder William Carvalho. Norwich keen to strengthen in that area and Carvalho is one of a number of players they are looking at.

William joined Real Betis in 2018 in the deal believed to be worth €16m. He went on to play in 87 matches with the Andalusian club. He currently valued at €15m according to transfermarkt.
The Portugal international midfielder could probably looking for another challenge and might be available for less than the mentioned price.
