German club RB Leipzig is really interested in Ilaix Moriba's performance. Already submitted a bid, Barcelona was going to lose their wonderkid?

The financial crisis that happened in Catalan forced Ronald Koeman to rely only on La Masia products. The result itself, not really a big deal in the last season.

El Barca just got their first trophy under Koeman which is Copa del Rey. Interestingly, they got the perfect combo with young players who were promoted from academy clubs.

Ilaix Moriba is one of them. Earning his LaLiga debut in February in 5-1 win over Alaves, he was known for setting up an assist for Francisco Trincao. Later, the young man scored his first senior goal in 2-0 victory over Osasuna.

The performance of the 18-year-old still gives Barcelona another hope, to reclaim another title this season. Sadly, Moriba just rejected a contract offer and wanted to leave.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Bundesliga side RB Leipzig is eager to secure the wonderkid sign. They already bid around €6 million to the Spain club.

However, the bid is too low since Barca only have an open price around €20 million. The negotiation between the two parties seems to have continued over the week.

Blaugrana much alike will urge Die Bullen to increase the bid. After all, they are in desperate need of funds. The €1 billion debt is forcing them to offload players, even their iconic star, Lionel Messi.

Since Ilaix Moriba has already rejected the offer, Barcelona should only take the selling option. There is an interest from RB Leipzig who are willing to take the wonderkid.
