The duo of Edna Imade and Monday gift have been nominated for the November Liga F best player of the month following valuable contributions to their respective clubs in the Spanish league, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.
In a commendable effort, EA SPORTS launched a fan vote to determine the best player of November in Spain's Primera División Femenina (Liga F). This marks the first time a women's league worldwide has held such an award with the winner set to be announced on December 2nd.
Nigerian forward Rasheedat Ajibade was the inaugural winner when the video game brand launched this groundbreaking initiative in women's football in September, receiving the Player of the Month award for September in front of her home fans and Atlético de Madrid academy players as Barcelona's Alexia Putellas followed suit as the October winner.
Players nominated for the November award includes;
FC Barcelona Patri Guijarro, Costa Adeje Tenerife Gift Monday, Atletico Madrid Boe Laughter, Real Sociedad Andreia Jacinto, Madrid CFF Allegra Poljak, RCD Espanyol Arola Aparicio and Granada CF Edna Imade.
The winner is expected to be announced first week of December, prior to the Liga match in front of a roaring crowd.
