Liberty Professionals coach George Lamptey admits to his team’s struggles of scoring goals this term.
The Dansoman-based club have managed to score only seven goals in the nine matches played so far in the First Capital Plus Premier League.
The Scientific Soccer lad scored 27 goals in the previous season where they were successful in their battle against relegation.
Lamptey is desperate to avoid such struggles this season but his team are slacking in their goal scoring.
The veteran trainer admits his attack needs to improve to steer the club from any danger of getting demoted.
“The team I believe has played well so far this season but the problem we are facing now is our goalscoring,” he told MTNFootball.com.
“We have even started focusing our training more on improving our attack.
“The thing is that if you don’t score, you can’t win matches so it is something we need tp address very quickly so we don’t find ourselves in trouble this season.”
Liberty Professionals are currently 10th in the Ghanaian top flight after nine rounds of matches.
