Leicester City, have turned down a €7m bid from Besiktas for midfielder Wilfred Ndidi, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.
The Nigeria international's contract includes a €9m release clause, and Leicester City are unwilling to sell him for a lower fee.
Ndidi has been linked with several top European clubs this summer, including Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund, and Juventus.
Besiktas are expected to submit a new bid for the player, who has two years remaining on his contract with Leicester City.
Ndidi joined the Foxes from KRC Genk in January 2017.
