Leeds and Manchester United played out a 1-1 draw in the seventh round of the Premier League, with neither side able to find a winning goal.

Manchester United controlled much of the first half and took the lead in the 35th minute. Bryan Mbeumo finished an attack by beating the Leeds goalkeeper to put the visitors in front.

Leeds responded shortly after the interval. Dominic Calvert-Lewin equalised in the 51st minute, restoring balance to the contest and giving the hosts fresh hope of claiming all three points.

Both teams continued to look for a decisive second goal, but neither was able to break the deadlock again before the final whistle.

Vesti Podmoskovya reports that Manchester United’s winless run in the Premier League has now extended to five matches. Their most recent league victory came on 30 August, when they recorded a 5-2 home win against Ipswich Town.
