Laryea Kingston: Great Olympics fans planning to block former Ghana star's return to club over conduct
Laryea Kingston might not join Olympics

Fans of Ghana Premier League side Great Olympics are planning to block ex-Ghana international winger Laryea Kingston's reported return to the club as pay-back for his conduct against the club.

The former Heart of Midlothian star, 34, has openly spoken of his desire to join his brother Richard Kingson at Olympics.

But according to reports carried by Accra-based Oman FM on Friday night, fans of the Wonder Club have planned to stage a protest against Kingston pending move to the club.

Fans are expressing their furor over an indecent celebration during the 2002 season when he scored against them while playing for Hearts of Oak in the decades ago Accra derby.

Kingston claimed he has already contacted Olympics officials about his proposed move but the new twist would mean he has to sort out issues with the club's fans.

He is keen to join former Ghana trio Dan Quaye, Godwin Attram and Richard Kingston who have all signed for the Wonder Club.
