Barcelona president Joan Laporta believes the club’s distinctive style of football helped Luis Enrique achieve success during his time in charge.
The Catalan side face Paris Saint-Germain away in the Champions League today, with the match scheduled to begin at 22:00.
Speaking ahead of the meeting, Laporta said: “Barcelona’s style brought Luis Enrique success.”
Luis Enrique managed Barcelona from 2014 to 2017. During his tenure, the club won its most recent Champions League trophy.
The Spanish manager has been in charge of Paris Saint-Germain since the summer of 2023.
