Lamine Yamal has confidently backed Barcelona to win a treble this season after being asked about the possibility by former France forward Thierry Henry.
“Absolutely. We are Barcelona, the best team in the world,” Yamal replied when the 19-year-old Spain international was questioned by Henry.
Yamal’s comments came after Barcelona maintained their perfect start to the campaign with a commanding 4-1 victory away to Galatasaray in the Champions League on Tuesday.
Hans-Dieter Flick’s side have now won all 10 of their opening matches, underlining their strong start across the season.
Barcelona have not won the Champions League since 2015.
