Kwadwo Asamoah's Juventus clinch fourth straight Serie-A title with win over Sampdoria
Kwadwo Asamoah will pick up his third consecutive league medal with Juventus

Kwadwo Asamoah’s Juventus have been crowned champions of Italy for the fourth straight season following a 1-0 win over Sampdoria on Saturday.

The Bianconeri only needed a point to secure the title but Arturo Vidal’s 32nd minute header secured a win and the championship with four games to spare.

This is the fourth straight title success of Juventus – the first under manager Massimilano Allegri.

Kwadwo Asamoah who has won three straight scudettos with the Old Lady has been unable to contribute much to the latest success due to injury.

The Ghana midfielder has played just six league games this term as he finds his way back to full fitness.

The 2014/15 league success is officially Juventus’ 31st Serie A title, but the club and fans consider them to be 33, contesting the two stripped by the Calciopoli scandal in 2004-05 and 2005-06.

They will now shift attention to their Champions League semi final clash against Spanish giants Real Madrid.
