Ghanaian youth midfielder Kamal Issah scored his second goal of the season for Stabaek IF when they held Molde to a 3-3 draw in the Norwegian Eliteserien on Saturday evening.
The former Stade Rennes midfielder profited from a mix-up in the Molde box to score in the 61st minute at the Aker Stadium.
Yassine El Ghanassy had delivered a corner kick from the right, Asante tried a first-time bullet but missed. The resultant spill fell to Kamal who gleefully punched home from inside of the box.
Though Asante did not score on the evening, he ensured Stabaek went ahead in the 68th minute, assisting Diomande with a sweet cross from the right.
The 26-year-old employed his lightening-pace and skill to beat his marker on the right before laying a fine low cross for Norwegian Diomande to net his 7th goal of the season.
