Juventus are assessing possible additions at centre-forward after becoming dissatisfied with Nick Woltemade’s start to the season, according to La Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Turin club are looking for a potential replacement for the Germany striker in the number nine role. Their list of candidates includes Mateo Retegui of Al-Qadsiah and Folarin Balogun of Monaco.

Antonio Raimondo is also being considered. The striker is owned by Bologna but is currently playing for Frosinone on loan.

Woltemade has made four appearances for Juventus in all competitions this season, scoring one goal. The 24-year-old’s contract with the Italian club runs until the end of the current season.
