Ghana defender John Pantsil has signed a two-year contract extension at Maritzburg United, GHANAsoccernet.com has been told.
The 33-year-old has put pen to paper on the new improved deal which will see him at the club till 2017.
The Team of Choice had been desperate to tie the Ghanaian international down following a fabolous performance in the recently concluded season.
The former Fulham right-back is reported to have signed the dotted on a new improved two-year deal at the club.
Pantsil was named the best foreign based player with 30 starts in all competitions last term.
