Jesse Sekidika comes from bench to seal come back win for Sabah FK

Nigeria's Jesse Sekidika was on the score sheet for Sabah FK as they defeated Turan Tovuz at home in the Azerbaijan Professional Football, Nigeriasoccernet.com reports.

Sekidika came from the bench to give Sabah FK a 2-1 victory over Turan Towuz at the Bank Respublika Arena.

Alex De Souza put the visitors in front in the 15th of the game as the tie ended 0-1 at halftime.

Sekidika was brought in the second half as the Nigerian was brought down in the box 18 to give the hosts the lead.

Pavol Safranko stepped up to score that equalizer, hitting the ball beyond the goalkeeper in the 50th minute.

9 minutes later, Sekidika scored to put Sabah FK in the lead after scoring from close range with a cross from the right.

The host held on for the win as they cut the point difference between them and Turan Towuz to 5 with the two sides in 3rd and 4th respectively.
