Jesse Marsch, the former Leeds manager who now leads the Canada national team, has spoken about the allegations against Manchester City and the transfer of Erling Haaland.
“I thought: ‘Are you kidding?’” Marsch said.
The American coach was in charge of Leeds from the beginning of 2022 until the start of 2023.
Manchester City were found guilty of breaching financial regulations in 114 of 115 charges by an independent commission at the end of September.
