Jamil Muhammad has committed his future to Sporting Lagos with the defender signing an extension for another two years with the club as they look to get their Nigeria National League campaign running with the aim of an imminent return to the Nigeria topflight, Nigeriasoccernet.com writes.
Sporting Lagos confirmed the renewal on their X handle with a post that read: "Attackers Beware! We’re thrilled to announce that Jamil Muhammad has signed a two-year contract with us! Mai Sallah stays!"
This is at the back of an extension for Aliu Salawudeen with their post reading; "We are delighted to announce that Aliu Salawudeen has penned down a two-year contract with Sporting Lagos".
Having lost some key players due to their relegation from the Nigeria Professional Premier League last season, they are looking at building a solid team to compete in the NNL and this renewal proves that.
Meanwhile, the 2024/25 NNL campaign is set to kick off on November 30th as communicated by the league body.
