Inter Milan’s comeback victory over Bologna gave Cristian Chivu’s side their sixth win in the opening seven matches of the season.
The only points they have dropped came in their defeat by Roma.
Inter have now reached 19 points after seven matches for just the fourth time since the three-points-for-a-win system was introduced in the 1994-95 season.
The previous occasions were in 1997-98, 2002-03 and 2017-18. The total represents the club’s best record after the first seven Serie A rounds.
Inter’s next fixture is against a struggling Fiorentina side.
