Inter and Milan are interested in signing Cagliari goalkeeper Elia Caprile, according to journalist Ekrem Konur.
The 25-year-old could leave Cagliari for one of Italy’s more high-profile clubs, with both Serie A sides monitoring his situation.
Caprile’s current contract with Cagliari runs until 2029. His transfer value is estimated at €12m.
With two years of the agreement remaining, the situation could create what is described as an ideal opportunity for Cagliari to sell the goalkeeper.
Cagliari have made a strong start to the Serie A season and are currently part of the leading group after five matches. They have collected 12 points and sit fourth in the table.
