Technical director of Inter Allies Willie Klutse says the sacking of Hearts of Oak coach Herbert Addo should come as a lesson to all coaches in Ghana.
Herbert Addo paid the ultimate price for his side’s consistent inconsistency in the league this season. The former Inter Allies gaffer guided the Phobians to 6 wins, 7 losses and 8 drawn games in 21 league games in the league.
Hearts also failed to reach the much desired money zone of the CAF confederation cup a failure that did not go down well with the Phobian fraternity.
Having persuaded Addo not to leave Inter Allies after masterminding a great escape in the league Willie Klutse says Herbert Addo's sacking should be a lesson to all coaches in the First Capital Plus Premier League.
“Herbert Addo’s sacking should be a lesson to us all because it is important that we pick the lessons from there,” Klutse told Citi sports
“If you are at a club where you are doing very well and because you are greedy you decide to move that is where it will land you.”
“Because he was doing very well here and we did all we could to keep him here.”
