Esperance have been dealt a massive blow ahead of their CAF Confederation Cup tie against Hearts after striker Yannick Ndjeng was ruled out with a knee injury.
Ndjeng, 25, has been ruled out of action for six months after he suffered a cruciate ligament in his left knee during their 1-0 defeat to Club Africain on Tuesday.
The Cameroonian will thus miss the two-legged ties against the Ghanaian giants.
The Tunisian oufit host the first leg on Sunday before the return encounter in a fortnight time.
